Elderberry is a bushy herb with beautiful white flowers with a characteristic bouquet. The flower of the plant itself hides an abundance of nutrients and aroma, and only a few things can compare to the floral, spring-like aroma of the elderflower. It's not only super-refreshing but can also be used to make some of the best iced teas.

In folk medicine, the elderflower is recognized for its medicinal effect and was used for:

• strengthening the immune system
• excretion of excess fluid through sweating and urine
• relieving coughs and colds

Try DARvitalis elderflower tea from domestic, organic cultivation and forget about colds and the unpleasant cough!

Suggested use:

Pour one teaspoon with 2 dl of boiling water and leave in a covered bowl for 5-10 minutes. Occasionally stir and strain.
