Organic fine rolled oats are natural and almost unprocessed whole grain flakes which have been steamed and pressed with a roller to flatten them before drying. They are quick, nutritious and fulfilling meal which can be consumed first thing in the morning for an energy boost. Nutritionally very similar to oat grains, but provide a much quicker meal option. A gluten free certificate ensures that oats are not contaminated with gluten at any point of product making.
Suggested use:
Most often used in breakfast porridge, although possibilities are endless.
