Dennree Ghee - organic clarified butter great for cooking, baking and snacking!
Ghee is a type of clarified butter mostly associated with the Indian subcontinent (Ayurveda) where it has been used for centuries for both culinary and therapeutic properties.
Ghee is made by heating butter at low temperatures to separate the liquid and milk solid portions from the fat, therefore ideal for baking or as a spread on toast or a slice of bread.
Given that ghee is more stable at high heat due to its high smoke point, it serves as an excellent alternative to traditionally used oil.
