Ingredients:
Green chili 25%, garlic 17%, lemongrass 14%, shallots 12%, salt 12%, galangal 12%, lime zest 8%.
Note:
Gluten-free. Suitable for vegans. Very hot.
Instructions:
Heat 300 ml of coconut milk. Add 50g of paste, then meat/vegetables. Season with salt or sugar. Add water if needed. Preparation time: 20 minutes.

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated.
