Terrasana Hatcho Miso is a versatile Japanese seasoning made from fermented soybeans.
It is characterised by a unique and very strong flavour, thanks to authentic production and a fermentation process that lasts no less than two years.
Due to its intense umami taste, Hatcho Miso is a great organic alternative to bouillon cubes for soups. It is also especially suitable as a base for (miso) soups, sauces, and marinades. It’s also delicious on bread, or combined with peanut butter.
