Note:

Naturally may contain traces of fish, shellfish, and mollusks. Suitable for vegans.

Warning:

Hiziki is naturally rich in iodine, and excessive consumption can lead to thyroid issues. EFSA recommends a maximum of 0.6 mg of iodine per day for adults. The recommended maximum use of dried Hiziki is 1g/day (4g when soaked). It is recommended to use algae no more than 2-3 times a week. Preparation and usage should be strictly followed according to instructions.

Usage instructions:

Rinse the Hiziki thoroughly several times. Soak for 10 minutes, drain, discard the soaked water, lightly sauté, add vegetables if desired, and boil in water for 15 minutes. Season with ginger, garlic, shoyu, and mirin. Serve as a side dish.
