Indian Bulgur - Organic 150g Antersdorfer Mühle

Antersdorfer is a small village in Lower Bavaria. There are 250 organic farmers in the vicinity supplying this company with grain. It can't be closer than that!

The gently steamed organic durum wheat bulgur is perfect for quick and wholesome cuisine. The noble oriental spices give the dish its Far Eastern flair.

Suggested use:

First prepare 400 ml of hot broth . Sauté the package contents in a pan with a little oil, deglaze with the stock and reduce the heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes and season to taste with salt and pepper. This quantity is sufficient for 2-3 portions.
