Hand-picked Kombu seaweed (Laminaria ochroleuca) is dried at low temperatures and characterized by brown colour. The meaty texture is full of fresh flavour. Required cooking time is up to 20 minutes and it can be served in various dishes, ranging from an appetizer to the main course or as an ingredient in preparing soups, stews, croquettes, pasta, rice, couscous...

Suggested use:
Rehydrate algae by submerging them in water to seaweed ratio of 10:1 twice for 20 minutes before use. After second submerging, add to dishes during cooking.
