Instructions for use:

You will need: 1 Kombucha starter (100 ml), 50 g sugar, 900 ml water, 2 teaspoons (bags) of black tea leaves. Prepare 200 ml of tea and add sugar. Cool it down, pour into a large jar, add the remaining 700 ml of water and the Kombucha culture, then cover with a lid (to allow airflow). Let it ferment for 7-14 days. The SCOBY will start to form on top. If you like the taste of Kombucha, save the SCOBY and 100 ml of the drink for your next batch. Kombucha can be consumed immediately, transferred to a bottle and placed in the fridge, or secondarily fermented.

Storage:

Unopened, store in a dry and cool place. After opening, use immediately.
