Lemon Balm Natural Extract 50ml - Soria Natural

Soria Natural Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) is a lyophilized extract from the leaves of the plant in vegetable glycerin. It does not contain any colourants, preservatives or other additives.

One bottle of the extract is sufficient for about two weeks of use. For best results, it is recommended to use it for at least two months.

Indications:

• contributes to proper digestion in conditions of indigestion and bloating
• contributes to relieving insomnia due to anxiety
• recommended for depression and anxiety
• contributes to the relief of spasms (cramps) in the digestive tract

Suggested use:

Adults:  recommended daily dose of 1 ml (25 drops) three times a day, diluted in water or juice.
