Ingredients:
Dried chili 20%, shallot 14%, garlic 13%, salt 13%, spices 10% (coriander seeds, cardamom, nutmeg, ground clove), palm oil 7%, grated coconut 6%, coconut milk 5%, lemongrass 5%, lime zest 4%, galangal 3%.
Note:
Gluten-free. Suitable for vegans. Spicy.
Usage instructions:
Heat 300 ml of coconut milk. Add 50 g of paste, half-cooked potatoes, peanuts, meat, and onion. Season with sugar, fish sauce or salt, and tamarind paste. Cooking time: 20 minutes.
