Ingredients:

Dehydrated milk kefir grains from organic cultivation

Note:

Contains milk.
All fermented foods may contain traces of alcohol and histamine.
Dehydrated milk kefir grains may be smaller. It’s better to use a fine strainer during the first few weeks until the grains grow.

Instructions for use:

Activation:

Add milk kefir grains to 100 ml of milk.

Ferment for 24 hours (20–24°C). After 12 hours, stir gently.

After 24 hours, strain through a fine sieve and rinse the grains with lukewarm water.

Repeat 5–7 times. Begin using 200 ml of milk once the grains become active (souring and thickening occurs).

Once the milk ferments into kefir, the grains are ready to use.

Milk Kefir Recipe:

Activated milk kefir grains

600 ml milk
Add the milk kefir grains to the milk and cover. Ferment for 24 hours (20–24°C). Strain the kefir and reuse the grains for the next batch.
Milk kefir is ready to drink or for a second fermentation.

Storage conditions:

Store unopened in a cool, dry place. Use immediately after opening.
