Omega 3-6-9 oil by Nutrigold is an exquisite combination of essential and non-essential fatty acids which are very important and beneficial for our body. A mix of different oils contains not just fatty acids, but all sorts of different amino acids as well. This high-quality oil is mainly comprised of rapeseed, sunflower and linseed oils from controlled organic agriculture that provides each of these fatty acids in suitable proportions.

Omega-3 and -6 are essential fatty acids your body can't produce on its own, meaning they must be obtained from your diet. May help manage cholesterol levels and thus improve cardiovascular health.
