Ingredients:
Dried chili 25%, garlic 15%, lemongrass 15%, shallots 12%, salt 12%, galangal 12%, lime peel 8%, spices 1% (coriander seeds, cumin, cardamom).
Note:
Gluten-free. Suitable for vegans. Medium spicy.
Instructions for use:
Heat 300 ml of coconut milk. Add 50 g of paste, meat/vegetables. Season with salt or sugar. Cooking time: 20 minutes.
