Topoloveni plum jam is prepared in the traditional way, fresh plums are cooked in pots with a double bottom through which hot steam circulates, at a temperature of up to 68 degrees C. The production process requires a lot of time and effort, the plums are carefully cooked for 12-14 hours, and the final product is a real rhapsody of flavours, textures and smells!

Due to its unique, natural, high-quality ingredients, the product has been the holder of a number of awards and recognitions of top quality since 2010 (certified by the "International Taste and Quality Institute" from Brussels.)

This product does not contain pesticides, additives and added sugars, and due to its superior quality and irresistible taste, it is also suitable for feeding small children, starting from 6 months onwards. The product is registered with the Ministry of Health of Romania in the National Register of Products with Health Claims, in the group of products without added sugar.
