Did you know that a pinch of Himalayan salt enhances the flavour of your chocolate and cocoa-based desserts? Although it may sound unbelievable, that is actually very true!

Would you believe us when we would say that you can make a stylish chocolate delicacy traditionally served in top French restaurants on your own with only a few basic ingredients that can be found in almost any household? There is a good chance that you will be sceptical of that statement. We understand, we reacted the same.

Instructions:

  1. Soak dates in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Use a blender and chop almonds, dried dates and coconut oil until you reach the desired texture that can be shaped under your fingers.
  3. Form truffles and place them in a freezer while you melt chocolate.
  4. Dip truffles in melted chocolate and sprinkle with salt. Place in a freezer until serving time.
