Ingredients:
Dried chili 25%, garlic 15%, lemongrass 15%, galangal 13%, shallot 12%, salt 12%, lime peel 8%.
Note:
Gluten-free. Suitable for vegans. Very hot.
Instructions for use:
Heat 300 ml of coconut milk. Add 50 g of paste, then add semi-cooked meat/vegetables. Season with salt or sugar. If needed, add water. Preparation time: 20 minutes.
Storage instructions:
Store in a dry and cool place. After opening, keep in the fridge.
