While sunflower seeds are rich in healthy, unsaturated fats from which our body draws energy, flax seeds gained their popularity for being incredibly rich in fibre, acting beneficially on metabolism. Sesame seeds are a good source of protein which contributes to the maintenance and increase of muscle mass and support bone health.

Suggested use:

Mix can be used in salads, smoothies, and bread (either sprinkle on top or add to the dough). It is also an excellent base for raw sweets. If desired, lightly toast before use to enhance their flavour even more.
