Suggested use:

It is recommended to take one capsule per day, best during a meal. Swallow the capsule with enough liquid.

Ingredients:

Shiitake mycelium, capsule: beef gelatin, corn starch, carrier: cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. 
1 capsule contains 350mg of shiitake mushroom.
