Aqua, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, Alcohol Denat., Camphor, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Symphytum Officinale Root Extract, Capsicum Frutescens Fruit Extract, Methyl Nicotinate, Pinus Mugo Leaf Oil, Gaultheria Procumbens Leaf Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Benzyl Alcohol, Dehydroacetic Acid, Linalool, Limonene.

Warning:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply if allergic to capsaicin or chili. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Not suitable for children under 12 years, pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Usage instructions:

Apply a moderate amount in a thin layer to tense areas of the body (back, neck, shoulders) and gently massage for a few minutes to promote action. Thermo Balm can be used as needed up to 3 times a day. Temporary redness and a burning sensation may occur at the application site, which quickly fades. The heating effect starts within a few minutes of application, is long-lasting, and can be enhanced by wearing warm clothing. Sweating, showering, and warm clothing will intensify the heating effect. Wash hands thoroughly with soap after application.
