Umeboshi Aceto 250ml Probios

Umeboshi aceto is recommended in the preparation of sauces, creams, spices and more appetizing "homemade" mayonnaise. It is great for enhancing the taste of cooked and raw vegetables where it replaces salt and gives a pleasantly sour note.

Ingredients:

Shiso leaves 44% (Perilla frutescens), umeboshi 39%, (Prunus mume), sea salt
