Probios salt is made in a sluice, a traditional Sicilian salt pan originating from the city of Trapani dating back to 1884. Unrefined Sicilian salt is collected and packaged by traditional methods, is not processed and did not undergo any chemical treatments. This traditional method allows the salt to retain all the precious and valuable minerals.
