All you need to do is mix the contents of one sachet with a liter of your favorite plant-based drink, like soy milk, and let the magic begin! Leave the mixture to ferment for 12-14 hours in the My.Yo container or any other container without electricity, at a temperature between 37 and 42 °C.

After this magical process, you'll get 15 liters of delicious vegan yogurt, which you can further propagate four more times. If you love experimenting, you can add thickening agents like agar-agar and enjoy different textures!

Ingredients:

Organic maltodextrin (min. 95%) (from certified organic farming), strains of Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus

Note:

Suitable for vegans. Completely natural, non-GMO. Enough to make 15 liters of vegan yogurt (through propagation).

Instructions:

Mix the contents of one sachet with 1 liter of plant-based drink (soy), and let it ferment in the My.Yo or another yogurt container (without electricity) for 12-14 hours at 37-42°C.
