Ingredients:
Dehydrated water kefir grains from organic cultivation
Note:
All fermented foods may contain traces of alcohol and histamine.
Warning:
If preparing for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, consult a doctor before use.
Instructions for use:
Activation:
Dissolve 30 g of sugar (use 1/2 unrefined sugar) in 300 ml of non-chlorinated water.
Add kefir grains, cover, and ferment at 20–24°C for 3–4 days.
Repeat the above steps 5–7 times until signs of activity appear. Then ferment for only 2 days.
Water kefir recipe:
Activated water kefir grains
600 ml non-chlorinated water
30 g sugar
A piece of dried fruit or a slice of lemon
Dissolve sugar in water at room temperature. Add the kefir grains and fruit, then cover. Ferment at 20–24°C for 24–48 hours. Strain the kefir and reuse the grains for the next batch.
Water kefir is ready for consumption or for secondary fermentation.
Storage conditions:
Store unopened in a cool, dry place. Use immediately after opening.
