Ingredients:

Ultra and microfiltered whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate (96%, extracted from milk), thickener: xanthan gum; natural flavour, dye: beetroot colour, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame-K, emulsifier: soy lecithin

Suggested use:

Add one measuring scoop to 300ml water, juice or milk in a shaker.

Drink as the first meal after a workout. Depending on a body mass, mix with water (better absorption), or in low-fat milk (better taste). For better anabolic effect and replenishing glycogen stores add carbohydrates such as glucose. 

Whey 100 can also be used first thing in the morning added to your favourite breakfast.
