Suggested use:

Mix the contents of a starter bag (5g) with one litre (1L) of room temperature milk in the container's inner container. Close the cover. In the outer tank pour 3/4 litres of boiling water. Put the inner tank in the outer tank with water and close it with the lid. After 12-14 hours you can enjoy your yogurt!
Pour 1/2 litre of water and let it ferment for 24 hours.
Additional advice: You can use a yoghurt maker to keep the food warm for up to 6 hours.

Storage instructions:

Clean with a soft cloth and non-aggressive detergents. The internal container is suitable for dishwashing.
