Bulgur 1kg Nutrigold

Bulgur is a carefully processed grain made from previously cooked/ steamed, dried and ground hulled wheat grain. What is exceptionally important for this grain is its rich nutritional value. Although classified as a grain, bulgur is a natural source of protein that abounds in dietary fibre which contributes digestive system.

Nutrigold bulgur is one of the most nutritious grains with low fat and calorie content. It also has a low proportion of salt and saturated fatty acids or unhealthy fats.

Suggested use:

Rinse and place 1 cup of bulgur in a large saucepan. Stir 2 cups boiling water into bulgur and cook for 7-15 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
