Suggested use:

A great alternative to rice, pasta and couscous. Adds whole-grain nutrition to salads, soups and side dishes, perfect as a breakfast with a touch of garlic and olive oil. 
Rinse and place 1 cup of bulgur in a large saucepan. Stir 2 cups boiling water into bulgur and cook for 7-15 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
