Cake Glaze Powder - Organic 2x15g Lecker´s

Since 1935. Lecker family is known for its organic, gluten free products widely used in a baking worldwide. 

With completely naturally Lecker's organic cake glaze you can glaze fruit cakes and pies perfectly! Obtained from organic grape sugar and agar agar. 

A sachet is sufficient for 250 ml of water or fruit juice.

Suggested use:

Agar Agar only dissolves in hot water and only gels when it cools down to approx. 40°C. If the icing gels in the pot before application or during application - simply heat it up again.
