Zest from organically cultivated sun-ripened lemons refined with 5% lemon oil adds wonderfully distinctive aroma and refreshing note to your everyday dishes. 

Suggested use:

Soaked in a little warm water, the zest develops full aroma, becomes supple and retains consistency even during preparation.

Ingredients:

Grated and dried lemon peel 95%*, lemon oil 5%*
