Ingredients:
Chamomile flower (Matricaria chamomilla)
Suggested use:
Pour 1-2 teaspoons of flowers with 2 dcl of boiling water, let it sit covered for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally, then strain.

Store in a dry and dark place.
