Probios organic chickpea flour is obtained by grinding salty Italian chickpeas. Ideal for preparing typical regional recipes such as Farinate (Ligurian pancakes) or Cecina Toscana (Sicilian fritters). Thanks to the superior packaging of the product, full flavour is guaranteed. This gluten-free flour is rich in fibre and great for making all kinds of bakery products, it is also suitable for those who prefer other types of flour instead of wheat. Ideal for preparing salty or sweet products such as bread, pizza, pasta, cakes and biscuits.
