Colorful Legume Mix - Organic 500g Dennree

This colorful mixture of legumes like peas, lentils and beans is ideal for stews, salads and dishes of oriental cuisine. Similar or slightly varying cooking times of the legumes ensure a firm and creamy consistency. 

Suggested use:

Soak the legumes in cold water for about 12 hours, preferably overnight and then cook in lightly salted water for about 60-80 minutes.
