Gelatin - Organic 20g Lecker's

Since 1935. Lecker family is known for its organic, gluten free products widely used in a baking worldwide. 

Lecker's organic leaf gelatine is ideal for making cakes, creams and jellies and is very easy to portion. This gelatin is a pure, collagenous protein that is made from organic pork rind. 

Packaging contains 12 sheets of Lecker's organic gelatine. Quantity is sufficient to gel 1 liter of liquid. If you make cream dishes with egg yolks, 8 sheets are enough.

Suggested use:

You can dissolve the gelatine either in a warm water bath or in the microwave over medium heat.
