BauckHof 7-seed porridge, made with the finest Demeter quality, comes straight from a gluten-free oat mill, where whole oat grains are carefully processed into a harmonious blend of ground and whole oat flakes. In addition, it contains sunflower and pumpkin seeds, hemp and flax seeds, combined with sesame, chia, and blue poppy seeds.

Bauck Mühle 7-seed oat porridge contains whole oat flakes, providing an optimal porridge-like consistency with a pleasantly rich and grainy texture. This product is unsweetened, completely gluten-free, and enriched with an exotic mix of seeds, creating a deliciously wholesome combination.

Instructions for use:

Place 50 g of porridge in a bowl. Mix with 125 ml of boiling milk or a plant-based drink and let it soak for 2 minutes. You can top it with fruit, fruit puree, or nuts to taste.
