The coriander plant is generally thought to be native to the Mediterranean and parts of southern Europe, where it was cultivated and used as a herb for millennia. 

Nutrigold organic ground coriander is a product of a careful grinding process. It features a pleasing lemony flavour and floral aroma with a somewhat sharp and distinctive sweet woody scent that is often used to spice up dishes like curry and hearty stews.

Suggested use:

Ready to use as a spice. Add to taste. It is recommended to add it to dishes just before serving as heat can reduce its potency.
