Whole Grain Rye Sourdough Powder - Organic 30g Lecker's

Organic whole grain powder for sourdough gives the bread an excellent texture and a full, fresh, completely natural flavour. 

Suggested use:

One bag (30g) of Lecker's organic whole grain sourdough is sufficient for a bread with 500g of rye flour. If you are using wheat flour half is enough. Simply add organic yeast and a few spices - and you have perfect home made bread.
