Kukicha is a high-quality Japanese green tea, light in color and mild in flavor. It primarily consists of leaf stems from 100% certified organic cultivation, known as "Kuki," which are obtained during the production of Sencha or Bancha. This results in a tea with almost no caffeine, rich in trace elements, and suitable for drinking throughout the day.

It is known for its very mild, sweet, creamy flavor with a slight nutty note. Kukicha tea is exceptionally rich in calcium (containing six times more calcium than cow's milk) and aids in reducing digestive issues. It also lowers high blood pressure, has anticancer and antibacterial properties, helps reduce cholesterol levels, burns fat, slows the signs of aging, refreshes and rejuvenates, and promotes skin healing.

Roasted tea twigs*

Note:

Suitable for vegans. Mild umami taste.

Instructions for use:

Add 1 teaspoon of tea per cup. Heat the cup with hot water. Place the tea in a tea strainer in a teapot, pour water at 85-90°C, and let it steep for 1-2 minutes. For a second infusion, let it steep for just 30 seconds.
