Suggested use:

It is recommended to take one capsule daily, best one hour before sleep. Swallow capsule with enough liquid.

Ingredients:

Active ingredients (in 1 capsule):

• California poppy (escholtzia California), dry extract 50 mg (equivalent to 200 mg vegetable powder)
• Lemon balm (Melisa Officinalis L.), dry extract 20 mg (equivalent to 80 mg vegetable powder)
• Passion fruit (Passiflora incarnata), dry extract 50 mg (equivalent to 250 mg vegetable powder)
• Linden (Tilia Platyphyllos scopliet cordata Mill), dry extract 15 mg (equivalent to 150 mg vegetable powder)
• Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), dry extract 10 mg (equivalent to 50 mg vegetable powder)
• Melatonin 1 mg

Inactive ingredients (in 1 capsule):

• Corn starch, dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalized cellulose
