Milk thistle is a wild plant of the Mediterranean area, nowadays grown worldwide for a reason. Its fruit is especially known for its beneficial effects on the body, hence can be found in many medicinal recipes dating back to ancient times.

Nutrigold milk thistle seeds contain the famous ingredient silymarin, revered for its positive and direct effects on liver function and regeneration. Seeds do not contain added sugars and salt and are suitable for vegans.

Suggested use:

Infuse a tablespoon (5 grams) of seeds with 2-3 dcl of boiling water and leave on the side for 15 minutes at least. Strain and drink slowly. If desired, seeds can be ground before infusing.

They can also be sprinkled over salads, cereals, yoghurt, cheese and other milk products.
