Protein pancake and waffle mix is a high protein baking mix enriched with mouthwatering chocolate chip flavour. Characterized by high protein content (of 50%) and low glycemic index due to oats contained, Frontrunner baking mix includes four different types of protein.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, wheat gluten, whey protein concentrate (milk), chocolate 8% (sugar, cocoa mass, dextrose, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soy lecithin)), corn starch, inulin, leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate), salt added iodine, emulsifier, (lecithin) aromas, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame-K)

Suggested use:

Combine approx. 90g (four measuring spoons) powder in a shaker with 1 dl (100 ml) of water or milk, and shake it well to a smooth mixture. Put half tablespoon of oil on a pan over medium heat. Pour the dough onto the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy immediately for the best taste experience.
