Springtime finally arrived! It is time to prepare quick biscuits without unwanted and unnecessary calories. 

All you have to do is to take blanched almonds and ground them, add few ingredients from the list and you have a delicious treat for the entire family!

They are great with tea, coffee or a cup of warm milk, to take on a trip or work, but also to complete any occasion. They are simply irresistible, crispy and soft, so we are confident that you will like these almond biscuits as soon as you try them.

A flawless combination of sweet and ''coconutty'' flavour will delight every palate. Is your oven still cold? Turn it on cause friends and family can't wait ;)

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients (almond flour, baking powder, salt, coconut and orange zest)
  2. Whisk eggs by hand, and  add coconut oil and vanilla extract before combining with dry ingredients
  3. Chop the chocolate and gently  incorporate it into the mixture 
  4. Lightly grease your hands with oil and shape biscuits
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180°C and let cool completely 

Baked biscuits can be stored for 4 to 5 days. If preferred, biscuit dough can be frozen and baked when desired. 

You don’t need a lot of time, a lot of ingredients, or a lot of supplies for these biscuits. How easy they are to prepare is shown by the fact that they can be prepared even without the use of an electric mixer! But you need a well-heated oven and a team that will be happy to eat them.
