With a BBQ season being under way, burgers, patties and meat cuts are often the first choice for many of us. Even though is important to let yourself go from time to time, it is also equally important to take care of the quality of the food that we grill. We recommend trying vegetable fritters with a healthier version of high protein flour. 

These courgette and corn fritters with almond flour are rich in fibre and protein which makes them nutritionally rich meal. 

If you are a vegan or meat is not your first choice, this recipe is definitely something that you should try.

Grill on! (or heat up a frying pan if it is more convenient)  

Instructions:

  1. Grate the courgette and dry them with a paper towel.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and add the courgette.
  3. Place the pan on the heat (or grill racks), shape the fritters with your hands and bake for 4 minutes on one side and then the other.

Replace courgette with any other vegetable of your liking and follow the same instructions. By doing so you are getting a healthy and nutritious meal.
