The healthiest, tastiest and most colourful quinoa bowl ever

Imagine what a bowl full of quinoa, lettuce, apples, carrots, peppers with a little orange, mustard and lemon does for your body? Miracles, of course!

This vitamin bomb in a bowl is something that should be put on the menu as often as possible. Not only because we all need healthy "booster", but because you haven't tried anything more colourful and delicious so far.

Of course, the main star of this multicoloured bowl is quinoa. This pseudo-cereal has had our sympathies for a long time, but this recipe has really proven itself. After short cooking, this protein-rich cereal is ready for various recipes. This one with aromas of orange and apple is really worth trying. Especially on grey and colder days when immunity needs to be boosted.

Instructions:

1. Thoroughly rinse quinoa and cook in water until all water evaporates
2. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil
3. Chop remaining vegetables
4. Combine all ingredients needed for dressing with whisk and drizzle over salad
