Instructions for Use (Sprouting Sprouts):

Soak the seeds in water overnight (8-10 hours). The next day, rinse the seeds under running water and, if necessary, evenly distribute them in the trays by hand. Hydrate the seeds with a full cup of water at least twice a day (once in the morning, once in the evening). In case of higher temperatures, add water more frequently to prevent the seeds from drying out. If sprouting a large amount of seeds, gently mix them to ensure even hydration. Keep the sprouter at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight. Complete sprouting takes 3-5 days, depending on the variety and temperature of the seeds. Sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Before consumption, clean the sprouts from their hulls.

Instructions for Sprouting Gelatinous Seeds (Cress, Arugula, Flax, Basil):

Avoid soaking the seeds in water. Evenly distribute the seeds in the trays with your hands and keep the sprouter always moist. Hydrate the seeds 5-6 times in the first 3-4 days, then 2-3 times. The sprouts will be ready in 8-10 days.
