Ingredients:

Organic wheat flour, water

Instructions for use:

Activation:

  1. Mix 15 mg of sourdough starter + 30 ml of lukewarm water + 30 g of flour. Let sit for 6 to 8 hours.
  2. Add 25 ml of lukewarm water + 30 g of flour. Let sit for 12 to 16 hours.
  3. Add 50 ml of lukewarm water + 60 g of flour. Let sit for 12 hours.
  4. Separate half of the mixture and repeat step 2.
  5. Continue with step 4 until the sourdough starter doubles in volume, becomes active (bubbles), and is ready for baking.

Baking:

Measure the amount of starter required for your recipe. Add the remaining starter to 30 g of flour and 25 ml of water and store.

Storage Conditions:

In the refrigerator:

Feed once a week. If you want to bake, remove from the fridge and repeat step 4 (above). At room temperature: Feed every 12 hours. If you want to bake, repeat step 4.
