Ingredients:

Tapioca starch 53%, water, finely ground corn flour 8%, stabilizers (glycerol, xanthan gum), quinoa flour 4%, amaranth flour, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), salt.

Instructions for use:

Heat the tortillas in the microwave or in the oven.

Microwave: Pierce the package and heat the tortillas for 35 seconds at 800 W. Open the package and separate the tortillas.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 140°C or 120°C if it has a fan. Wrap each tortilla in parchment paper and heat for 10 minutes. Keep the tortillas covered until ready to serve. Serve warm tortillas with your filling of choice.

Storage conditions:

Store in a dry and cool place. After opening, store in the refrigerator in a closed package and use within 3 days. Suitable for freezing. Thaw thoroughly before use. Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen.
