Suggested use:

Mostly used for spicing up and colouring all sorts of food.
Since turmeric has an intense flavour, one teaspoon added to various dishes is usually enough. Add just a pinch to enhance the flavour of smoothies, soups, baked goods and other recipes!
It is recommended to add turmeric to dishes just before serving as heat can reduce its potency.
