Vrabasco Original sauce is made by fermenting a mixture of Hot Portugal and Red Savina peppers for several months before adding vinegar, garlic and spices. This gives the sauce a special flavour while retaining its natural aroma and colour. Although slightly spicy, the sauce is extremely aromatic and could be the perfect choice for someone just starting out with spicy.
This sauce doesn't contain preservatives and artificial additives!

Hot Portugal and Red Savina chilli 80%, wine vinegar 15%, salt, sugar, garlic, spices, antioxidant ascorbic acid, thickener xanthan gum

Storage instructions:
Store at room temperature. Shake well before use. Once opened use within 90 days.
