Buckwheat grits are made from coarsely ground buckwheat. Despite its name, buckwheat is not related to wheat and is naturally gluten-free, therefore suitable for celiacs. This nutrient-dense food rich in carbohydrates serves as a great quick-cooking, healthy breakfast meal.

Suggested use:
Add to boiling milk or water. Stir constantly and cook for about 2-3 minutes. if desired, add some sweetness to give grits the perfect amount of flavour.
Use in croquettes, sponge cakes and all sorts of breakfast meals with added nuts and dried or fresh fruits.
